Definitely the amazing service we received from the staff. Aquari is not a five star hotel but the front desk and lobby service were not subpar to five star hotels we previously stayed. They were very friendly, willing to help when we need them. My family was amazed that they came to carry our luggage from taxi to the lobby and sent them straight to the room given they are not 4-5 stars hotel. They even held umbrella for us to the taxi on rainy days. Special shoutout to Huy (hopefully i spell his name correctly) that assisted us during the stay. He is very professional, friendly and sincere.

Quiet and clean and withing walking distance to main attractions and shopping centres. The rooms are quiet, cool and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I liked that the breakfast was included and had fresh tropical fruit. Great value for money

Location was fantastic relative to attractions, dining, and nightlife. Rapid response to extra service requests. Housekeeping service excellent. Door hosts, front desk, and dining staff were also great!

- amazing friendly staff - conveniently located in district 1 - big size room and big size bed - shops, restaurants and other activities close by - 30 minutes to the airport - easy to maintain airconditioning system

Ample room with great Air conditioning not only in the room but throughout. The bed was bug and comfortable for my husband and I very quiet The Breakfast was good and change a bit every day

Sometimes breakfast was very good, while at other times it was very poor ... It depended upon the occupancy of the hotel ... But, apart from the occupancy of the hotel, customer is paying the full price so breakfast shoul have been good.
